Returns & Cancellations
- Return Window: Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Returned merchandise must be new, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- Return Authorization: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning merchandise. Once issued, the RMA is valid for 14 days.
- Fees: Eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original delivery and shipping charges are nonrefundable.
