Shipping
- Free Shipping: We exclusively offer free standard shipping to customers located in California and Nevada.
- Processing Time: In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
- Transit Time: Small parcels (UPS/FedEx) take 1–7 business days; truck freight deliveries take 3–10 business days.
- Tracking: Tracking information is provided via email immediately after your order has shipped.
- Damage on Delivery: Please inspect your order upon arrival. Note any visible damage with the driver and contact us within 48 hours to process a claim.
Returns & Cancellations
- Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging, and returned with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Fees: Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Outbound and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 2 business days after inspection.
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once a tracking number is issued, the order must be processed as a return.
Exclusions
- Custom or special orders, closeout, discontinued, and surplus items are non-returnable.
- For health and safety, bedding (including mattresses, toppers, pillows, and comforters) is non-returnable.
