Padding, foam, and leather have a 1-year warranty under normal use. Natural leather variations are not defects. Hydeline covers reasonable labor charges for one year. The company's obligation is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. Shipping costs for factory repairs are not covered. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and product ID photos. Claims must include a written report and photos from three angles. Email all information, and Hydeline may request defective parts return.
