Hydeline reserves the right to attempt repair before replacement in warranty claims. If a third-party repair company cannot restore the product to original specifications, Hydeline may replace it with the same or a similar item. Denial of repair services voids all warranty claims. The technician's report is final if the customer disputes the repair's success. Warranty periods vary: Frames are covered for 10 years, metal mechanisms and springs for 5 years, electric motors for 3 years, and electrical components for 1 year. Padding, foam, and leather have a 1-year warranty under normal use. Natural leather variations are not defects. Hydeline covers reasonable labor charges for one year. The company's obligation is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. Shipping costs for factory repairs are not covered. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and product ID photos. Claims must include a written report and photos from three angles. Email all information, and Hydeline may request defective parts return. The warranty excludes pick-up, inspection, cartoning, and freight charges.
